COCIN LCC Lyoh-Rak (Faith Center) is a congregation of the Church of Christ in Nations (COCIN) — a denomination with over 120 years of gospel witness in Nigeria and beyond, now planted right here to serve the Lyoh-Rak community.
Since 1904, COCIN has stood on the infallibility of Scripture and sound, expository teaching.
We care for the whole person — spiritually, socially, and practically — as Christ commands.
From a mustard seed in Wase in 1904 to millions across nations, we carry the gospel forward.

From humble beginnings to where we stand today — explore the milestones and leaders that shaped our church family.
The Church of Christ in Nations (COCIN) traces its origins to 8th October 1904, when four pioneer missionaries of the Sudan United Mission — Dr. Herman Karl Wilhelm Kumm, Dr. Ambrose H. Bateman, Mr. John G. Burt, and Mr. J. Lowry Maxwell — arrived at Wase, in present-day Plateau State, to carry the gospel, education, and healthcare into the region.
Since joining this church family, I have grown so much in my walk with God. The teaching is sound, and the love among members is truly felt. This is home.
